Dolores Bouckaert examines the ambiguous relationship between her body and her disease, where the irresistible desire to move clashes with reality. Surrounded by the protagonists of her life - a horse and a bed - she explores their fascinating interaction. The body and the horse are each others opposites and each others kin. They melt together when the heartbeat coincides with the pace of the gallop.
